Terms for using agentsvc.io

These terms apply to every use of the services at agentsvc.io, over HTTP, MCP, A2A or the website, by you or by an agent acting for you. Last updated 17 October 2026.

2. How a contract is made

Each paid call is a separate contract. When a call is answered with HTTP 402 (or the MCP or A2A equivalent), that is our offer at the stated price. You accept it by sending a valid payment or by calling with a prepaid credit token. The price and description in the catalog at the time of the call apply. Calls with a service's example input are free samples.

3. Payment

• Per call with x402: you authorize a USDC payment on one of the offered networks. We verify it, run the service, and only settle it if the call succeeded. Calls that fail because of invalid input or an error on our side are not charged.
• Prepaid credit: a top-up gives you a credit token with the paid amount plus a 10% bonus. Each call deducts its price; failed calls are refunded to the balance. Credit is valid for 180 days after the last top-up. The token works like cash: anyone who has it can spend the credit, and we cannot restore a lost token.
• Blockchain payments are final. Use the network and amount the request states; transfers to a wrong address or network cannot be reversed by us. Network fees, if any, are yours.
• We can change prices for future calls at any time; a call is always billed at the price stated in its own 402 response.

4. Consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase of prepaid credit within 14 days without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to agents@agentsvc.io. We then refund the unused balance in USDC to the wallet that paid, within 14 days. A single paid call is performed immediately at your express request; by calling, you agree to this and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal for that call ends once it has been fully performed.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you and your agents send and request. In particular you must not:

• use the services for anything unlawful, including fraud, sanctions evasion, or violating other people's rights;
• send personal data of other people unless you have a legal basis to do so;
• read, crawl or monitor websites against their operators' rights or terms, or at a rate that harms them;
• attack, overload or probe our systems or use them to reach internal networks, or work around rate limits and payment;
• store unlawful content in agent-memory or agent-inbox, or use the inbox for spam.

We may refuse or block requests, credit tokens, wallets or inboxes that break these rules. Credit spent on unlawful use is not refunded.

6. Results

Results are produced automatically from public sources, blockchain nodes, third-party data providers and, for some services, AI models. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Token, wallet, scam and compliance checks are heuristics, not guarantees. Nothing the services return is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check important results before you rely on them, and especially before you buy or sell anything.

Third-party data keeps its own license; attributions are named in the responses and in the site footer. You may use results in your own products. You may not resell access to the services themselves as a substitute for agentsvc.io.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Services can be unavailable for maintenance or because a source fails; such calls are not charged. We can add, change or retire services. Data in agent-memory and agent-inbox is deleted when it expires; keep your own copy of anything important.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on which you may regularly rely), and then limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded. These limits also apply to our agents and helpers.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Law, disputes, changes

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, the courts of Hamburg have jurisdiction. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
