Trending Now (hot lists)

What is trending right now: Hacker News top stories, GitHub trending repositories (stars today/week/month), most-read Wikipedia articles (any language edition), Google News top stories per country, Baidu realtime hot searches and Bilibili popular videos (China). Each item has rank, title, url and a score (points, stars, pageviews, heat, views). Params: sources (default all), limit per source (1 to 50, default 10), language (Wikipedia and Google News, default en), country (Google News, default US), since (GitHub: daily, weekly, monthly).
