Token Risk and Price Monitor (alerts on change)

Token monitoring for trading agents: re-checks a token on-chain and reports only what changed since your last call: grade downgrade (A to F), honeypot or sell tax appearing, new risk flags (mint, blacklist, owner powers), price and liquidity moves above your threshold (liquidity pulls, rug signals) and holder concentration shifts, with an alert_level (none, medium, high). Same checks as token-verdict and token-security, computed by us on the blockchain. First call saves a baseline and returns a cursor; pass it on the next call.
