RSS/Atom Feed Monitor (only new items)

RSS and Atom feed monitoring for agents: returns only the items that are new since your last call, never the same item twice. First call saves a baseline and returns a cursor; pass it on the next call. Works with news feeds, blogs, GitHub releases (.atom), YouTube channel feeds, subreddit .rss, podcasts, job feeds. Params: url (feed URL), cursor, limit (max new items returned, 1 to 50, default 20).
